Several EUCARPIA grants for young scientists will be available covering registration fees and reduced accommodation costs during the Meeting.

Registration panel will be open for participants from beginning of June 2012. During the registration you should upload your contribution abstract before 15. November 2012. and you will receive information about total registration fee cost.

Your registration will be confirmed after registration fee payment.

Deadline for lower fee is 31. December 2012.

For all participants coming in Belgrade by plane, train or bus, special bus transport will be organized to Vrnjačka Banja. Charter buses will pick participants at Belgrade Nikola Tesla airport and Belgrade Center and drive them directly to the hotel and Congress Center Zvezda. The ride is three hours long (250 km).

Several departures will be arranged depending on interest and plane arrival schedule in Saturday and Sunday, or in Thursday and Friday for return to Belgrade.

During registration please indicate interest for this way of transport and supply Organizing committee with detailed information about your plane arrival time and departure time in way back through form. Round ticket will be around 35 €
